Principle of silicon oil fan clutch

When the high temperature gas is blown to the bimetal thermoscope, the bimetallic strip will undergo hot deformation and deflect the valve plate drive pin and control valve piece.

When the air flow exceeds 65 degrees Celsius, the silicon oil is flowing into the working chamber through the opening of the plate hole. The viscous silicon oil flows into the gap between the active plate and the clutch housing, which drives the fan to run at a high speed. When it comes into the centrifugal cavity, it is thrown out of the edge, and then a cycle ability is formed to avoid the increase of the temperature of the silicone oil.

When the air flow is lower than 35 degrees Celsius, it is also the reason for the reduction of the load of the engine. The silicone oil is continuously circulated by centrifugal force to the oil storage cavity until it is evacuated to make it in a separate state. This kind of clutch can not only be used at the corresponding temperature, but also can be used in the case of greater temperature difference, thus reducing the noise of power and fan.
